The Challenge
A concrete contractor needed to digitize their entire lead-to-project pipeline — from initial customer inquiry and photo-based quoting to job scheduling, referral tracking, and operational management — while standing out in a highly competitive local market.
Our Solution
We built a 37-page Next.js 15 platform with 62 custom components. Highlights include a GPT-4o-mini AI chatbot trained on concrete industry knowledge, a secure multi-photo upload quote system, an interactive concrete calculator, a customer referral program with tracking, multi-step estimate forms, and a full admin operations dashboard for managing quotes, referrals, and job status workflows.
