The Challenge
A 39-year legacy commercial contractor serving K-12 education, healthcare, government, and industrial markets needed an enterprise-grade digital presence that reflected their professionalism, safety record (0.5 EMR), and HUB certification — while enabling non-technical staff to manage content independently.
Our Solution
We delivered a Next.js 15 platform with a fully decoupled Sanity CMS powering 9 content types (projects, markets, insights, leadership, services, FAQs, testimonials, offices, and site settings). The site features NextAuth with 2FA, comprehensive Playwright E2E testing (8 test suites), Lighthouse CI performance budgets, axe-core accessibility testing, and a Storybook component library for the 59 custom components.
